To request a username and password e-mail SA.BusinessLicensing@gov.ab.ca.
Please include your business name, license number, full name, e-mail address and telephone number.
The request must come from a director, partner, officer, or previously authorized representative of the business.
If the person who is receiving the ID is not one of these individuals please provide their full name, e-mail address,
telephone number and complete and submit an appointment form.
The business may cancel this authorization at any time by advising our office in writing at the address noted on the form.
