Notice

Please note that all Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction (SARTR) business licensing and charitable registration fees will be increasing effective July 1, 2025. Any new licences or registrations issued after July 1st, 2025 and licence or registration renewals taking effect July 1, 2025 or after will be subject to the new fees.

To request a username and password e-mail SA.BusinessLicensing@gov.ab.ca. Please include your business name, license number, full name, e-mail address and telephone number. The request must come from a director, partner, officer, or previously authorized representative of the business.

If the person who is receiving the ID is not one of these individuals please provide their full name, e-mail address, telephone number and complete and submit an appointment form. The business may cancel this authorization at any time by advising our office in writing at the address noted on the form.
